Overview: What is an LLP?

A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is a unique business structure that combines the benefits of a traditional partnership and the advantages of limited liability. Introduced under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, an LLP provides flexibility in management while shielding partners from personal liability for business debts.
