Step-by-Step Process of Producer Company Registration

Step 1: Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

All proposed directors must get a Class 3 DSC for signing incorporation documents.

Step 2: Apply for Director Identification Number (DIN)

DIN is allotted for all directors while submitting the company incorporation form.

Step 3: Name Reservation (SPICe+ Part A)

Apply for name reservation on the MCA portal. The name should reflect the activities and include “Producer Company Limited”.

Step 4: Draft MOA & AOA

Prepare the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) with the core objective of producer activities.

Step 5: File Incorporation via SPICe+ (Part B)

Submit incorporation application with:

Step 6: PAN, TAN & CIN Issued
